Fallen Angel

Iris slowly made her way to the door scofing slightly. "Thats still whoring out to me. I Am a normal person not someone for you to push around." she hissed

Snarling, Liam grabbed her by her neck and smacked her.

"How dare you speak to me in such a tone."

Tohr drank his coffee and looked around. He remembered the sight of her on this bed when he got here that night, he fiesty attitude. Yeah, he thought about her in his bed like that.

iris cried out as he squeezed. She was sure he'd leave a mark. Grabbing thelamp next to her she swung it at his head. When he let go and dropped to the floor she ran for it out of the mansion past all the warlocks following her.

Tohr sighed. Yeah time to go, he thought. Head on with my life. Stupid to think anything could be different. Not knowing why, he grabbed her pillow and inhaled her scent.

Iris continued to run. No idea where to go she ran for her home. Her wrecked home. Aye that was probably the first place they'd look for her but at least it gave her a moments breathand a bit of time to think where else to run. Running in she slammed the broek door shut and slid to the floor leaning up against the door crying. Surely her life shouldn't of resulted in this.

Hearing the door and sobbing, he headed out of the bedroom and into the living room. He blinked in surprise when he saw her.

Little one what are you doing here?

Tohr fought the urge to pick her up and hold her close.

Iris jumped slightly when she heard his voice. "I-I- I won't go back to them. I won't I Don't care if you have to take me there i'll fight you. P-please don't send me back there." She said sobbing and shaking violently. She'd never cried like this before. He had truely scared her. Her cheek still felt slightly warm from where he'd smacked her and she still felt like she was chocking.

Tohr could see the marks on her face and neck. It pissed him off.

You can not stay here. They will come for you little one.

He led his hand out to her.

Iris looked up at his hand slightly before taking it and standing up she wiped her eyes and took a big breath. "Where am i to go then ?" she asked shakily.

Tohr knew he would be opening the proverbial can of worms but he also knew what he had to do.

Come back to my place with me. I will figure out what to do from there. Trust me little one.

He looked at her hand, remembering what it felt like against his skin and he bit back a moan.

Iris bit her lip looking at his hand. She nodded. She had no where else to go. Just then the door behindthem was knocked down and in came Liam with the other warlocks. Iris instantlymoved closer to Tohr.

Torh glared at Liam.

I see you found her again. I can give you more gold if you like. Just hand her over to us.

Diamond blue eyes seemed cold as ice as he stared at them. A war waged inside. She was no concern of his, yet there was a part of him that wanted to keep her safe.

Give her to us or face our wrath.

Torh laughed.

I am a fallen much more powerful than you, older. Do you think some mere simpering fratboy warlocks can harm me. The female stays with me.

In a deja vu moment, he threw Iris over his shoulder and headed for the open window. Jumping, his wings spread and he took off for his flat.

Liam glared. He would kill the angel and the female would help. Then she would be his forever.

Iris held on to him. Less afraid this time than last. She feared fr a moment he would hand her bac over to them for more gold. "Thank you." she said holdong on to him tightly.

Tohr landed on the roof and gently put her down. He walked over to the door and headed down the stairs. He knew he had just stepped in it. The worst part was he had no clue why he had decided not to hand her over. Hell she was nothing to him. Heading into the kitchen, he grabbed a beer from the fridge, popped the top and began to drink.

Iris Followed him trying to stop shaking. He was so close to of giing her back to the warlocks that was playing on her mind. Stting at one of the chairs she watched him. Closing her eyes slightly leanin on her arm.

Finishing his beer, he looked at her. Angry at himself, at her, hell at the world.

You can have the same room. There is a laptop on the living room you may use. Do not give out any information to your friends. The warlocks will be monitoring them. You are free to do what you please here until I can figure out how to keep you from them.

Not saying another word, he headed for his bedroom and a shower.

Iris watched him leave. standing up she made her self a drink before heading to the room she was sleeping in and had her self a shower before changing into some of the clothes that were still here sitting opposite the mirror she looked at her self in it looking at her cheek and neck. They were both begining to bruise slightly. sighing she stood up and grabbed the book she had been reading and curled up into bed.

Tohr couldn't sleep. He spend the night in the gym. SOmething about the female made him want to do things that were abnormal for him. Protect, care- hell he had been a loner for so long that those feelings were very alien to him. He lay on the weight bench.

Iris lay in bed staring up at the ceiling sighing slightly. Less than 48 hours ago she was in the Cafe finishing off her shift and now she'd been told she was a witch and staying in the same place as a fallen angel. She must be dilsiousnal. Sighing she curled up on her side and quietly cried her self to sleep.

Tohr quietly opened the door to her bedroom. He had to check on her before heading to bed himself. Why? He had no clue. He stood for a while in the doorway simply watching her. SIghing, he closed the door and headed to his bedroom. After a warm shower, he climbed into bed without any clothes. Closing his eyes, he fell asleep.

Later during the night Iris started to toss and turn dring her sleep. They were back for her. Keeping her locked up the room was getting smaller and smaller. "No." she started caling out. She had to get out to run. She started trying to kick things her covers going everywhere.

Hearing her in his sleep, Tohr bolted from the bed, grabbing his dagger from under the pillow and headed for her room. Kicking in the door, he snarled ready to battle whatever it was, oblivious to the fact he had no clothes on.

"No No No." She cried out. The room was getting smaller and smaller.It was so dark. She started crieing she couldn't wake up from this dream.

Dropping the dagger, Tohr ran over to her.

Iris, wake little one.

He grabbed her shoulder and shook her. He did not like how she was.

Iris started kickin andpushing him away. In her dream it was liam. He'd pulled her out from the room just in time but was now ontop of herh olding onto her neck tightly. She kept trying to push him away.
