Fallen Angel

"I've been kicked out by my own Lucy. I am no longer a welcomed Elf. Nice huh?" She sat down and looked at her friend.

Lucy scowled. "I could kill your family. What happened ? Why were yo kicked out ? Your welcme to stay here as long as oyu need to." she said

Mireth looked to her. "Becuase I refused to marry someone. Thanks Lucy."

Lucy rolled her eyes. "Damn what a bunch of assholes. " she said handing her the hot chocolate." Here."

Lucy smiled. "You know how to make me feel better." She took the cup. "So whose the male in the bathroom? Holding out on me?"

Lucy frowned , Male in the bathroom ? "Oh that's Jessica's Guest for the evening , her fallen got hurt and he was the only one who could help and he had to stay over night, I haven't met him yet ," she said grinning. "would i ever hold out on you/" she laughed.

Mireth laughed. "Well not usually." She finished her hot coco and smiled. "So a fallen huh?" SHe grinned wickedly.

Lucy Grinned finishing her drink she nodded laughing. "Yep a fallen , I wonder what they say about them is true. Any way come on lets get to bed." she grinned standing up.

Mireth laughed. "Yeah, bed sounds real nice right now."

Lucy smiled leading her up to the guest bedroom oppisite her room which was neatly made up. "Sleep well Mireth." She said before disapearing into her room.

Mireth had woken before everyone in the house and headed down to the kitchen to make some coffee. She made sure to stay quiet so not to wake anyone.


V had slept fitfully that night. Pain and darkness was all he knew.

Torture just lay awake in his bed staring up at the ceiling.

Jessica had stayed awake the whole night holding his hand calming him down.

Pouring herself a cup, she stood there looking out the window at the beautiful rolling hills and gardens.

V moaned in his sleep, calling for her.

Torture sighed and jumped out of bed dressing he headed into V's room. "Hows he doing ?" He asked walking over to them.

Jessica held his hand kissing it gently. "He's slept fitfully all night." she said.

Mireth wondered what would happen now. Would she ever find a home again. Sure she could stay here but not forever.

V moaned her name again.

Lucy came down the stairs smiling. "Morning " she said making her self a cup of coffee as well.

JEssica took his hand holding him close. "how long will he be like this ?" she asked.

Torture looked over at V. "Depends on how strong the poison was. The weakest poison and he hsould be better soon th strongest ? Months. But knowing aria she only used a weak on to Get V's attention." He sadi.

Mireth smiled. "Morning." She sat down at the table, trying to think of what to do about all this.

Lucy smiled and came and sat down at the table opposite her. "Whatcha thinking about ?" she asked.

Jessica bit her lip. "I Swear i'll Kill her." she said.

Torture shook his head. "Let Me and V deal with her. I'll Stay for the restof today , if he isn't awake by tonight we might need to get him to one of our people to see about this poison." he said standing up.

Mireth turned to her friend. "Thinking about what i am going to do now Lucy."

V moaned out Jessica's name and reached for her.

"Your going to stay with me Mireth. You Can Get a job and live here , with me." She grinned. She didn't want to see her best friend out on the street.

Jessica took his hand kissing him holding him close. "Itso k Baby , I'm here." she said she looked up at Torture. "You are welcome to do anything you want here , There is a compute upstairs if you wish and the living room. thank you torture." He nodded. "No Worries , I'l leave you two too it. Call me if anything chnges."

Mireth looked at Lucy. "You know by doing that it could start a war between our kind. The elves are looking for whatever reasons they can to fight the witches Lucy."

He could hear her but V could still not find her.

Lucy shrugged sighed. "I Don't care Your my friend Mireth , and i will not let you out on the street"

Jessica nodded and watched him leave.

Torment headed down stairs into the kitchen , "I'm Not inturupting am i ?" he asked.

Mireth sighed. "Lucy I want no blood spilt because of me." SHe watched as the fallen entered the room. Damn he had a commadning presences and that voice.

Lucy went to say something and stopped when the fallen came in. she shook her head. "No Not at all Falen. Would you like a drink ?" she asked.

Torture came and sat at the table shaking his head. "No Thanks."

Mireth watched him sit down but said nothing to him. "So I guess I need to borrow some clothes so I can go into town and look for a job. I have some money so I can buy some clothes while I am out too."
