The Chosen

Jasmin nodded and sat down closing her eyes aas she concintrated hard.

Clarissa closed her eyes cuddling into him.

Gregori watched her and then the scent hit him and he knew. "Lucas,"eh growled.

Dayan smiled and pulled her close.

Jasmin jumped as she reached the same conclusion. "But he wouldn't kill someone. Would he ?" she asked.

Growling, Gregori headed back to the keep.

no jumped up and followed him grabbing his hand. "Don't kill him. Let the humans kill him. But.. We ave no proof. The humans won't be able to smell his scent." she said worriedly.

Gregori looked at her. "We need some sort of proof."

Jasmin nodded. "Some sort of proof." she sighed as they arrived at the keep. "What a coinsicdence." she mummered as lucas walked closr to them

Lucas smiled. "Ready to go home love?"

Gregori looked at her. LEaning close, he whispered to her. "I have an idea love. Play along like you will go with him. I wil have the humans follow and try to gte a confession outo him."

Jasmin bit her lip hesitantly. He wouldn't let Lucas hurt her. Would he ? She had to trust him. Nodding slightly she stepped foreward to lucas in submission. "I should of listened to my father." she mummered to him playing along.

Lucas grinned. "Good girl. Come let's go." He began to walk away.

Gregori saw the villagers not far away and went over to them. The quietly followed in the trees.

Jasmin Said nothing as she followed. She was scared he might get violent again. which was the reason she had ran in the first place.

Lucas grinned. "I told you this was not a good place. One of the murdered a human."

The group followed quietly.

Play along. Play along! Her mind shouted. Jasmin nodded. "I know i should of listened to you in the first place. My apollogies. It was such a terrible thing." she said.

Lucas smiled. "And they will never find who really did it."

LIAR ! her mind shouted. God how she wanted to hit him and argue. Jasmin nodded. "It is such a shame. I Wonder who could be so evil." she said.

Lucas laughed. "Oh you know him very well."

Jasmin looked up at him confused. "I do ?" she asked as she saw they arrived at his home. she sighed slightly.

Lucas smiled. "You are looking at him love."

Jasmin Stepped back away from him. finally. She hoped the villagers had heard all this other wise it would of been for nothing "You Bastard." she hissed at him staying away from him.

"I told you I would get you back. The only way i could was to pin this on their leader. I killed the boy not any of his people."

The villagers heard and stepped forward with Gregori.

Jasmin slapped him round the face hard, "Stay away from me.I'm Glad they'll kill you" she snalred turning to run back to gregori.

Gregori reached out for her as the villagers went after Lucas.

Lucas grabbed Jasmin, pulled a knife and held it to her throat. "I go free or she dies!"

Jasmin gasped as the villagers stopped. She didn't struggle incase he slipped but stood still biting her lip watching Gregori with fear in her eys.

Gregori looked to the villagers. The leader nodded his head and the walked away.

Lucas smied threw Jasmin to the ground and ran off.

Gregori headed over to her. "You ok love?"

Jasmin stood shakily and nodded gripping onto him. "He Got away." she whispered biting her lip.
