Fallen Angel

Iris Jumped as the covers Covered her and the laptop. She shouldn't of sat in front of him. Frowning she pushed the covers off her and looked over her hsoulde.r "Torhment ?" she said worriedly. He looked like he could kill something or someone. That scared her alot.

He grabbed her, picking her up and headed to the kitchen. The whole time muttering to himself. Putting her on the counter, he touched her everywhere, making sure she was ok. Tohr ran his fingers across her neck. His eyes were wild, breathing rapid. Ok, she was ok. He placed his head on her shoulder and leaned against her, wrapping his arms around her.

Iris watched him she let out a shiver when he touchd her neck.. Frowning when he wrapped his arms around her and layed his head on her shoulder. She wrapped her arms around him for a second cuddling into him. He obviously needed comfort and she wasn't sure what to do. after a coupleo f minute she looked down at him. "Tohr ?" Whats wrong ?" she asked running her fingers through his hair.

Tohr said nothing, merely breathed in her scent. After what seemed and eternity he spoke.

Just a dream little one.

There was no way he was going to tell her more about it. Hell it would scare her bad. The feel of her hands in his hair made him smile. He could fall asleep she had him so relaxed all of a sudden.

Iris sighed. "Yea they seem to be getting to eeryone lately." she smiled trying to cheer him letting him know he wasn't the only one. "You wanna tell me about it ? Are you still Tired ? Hungry ? I Can make youe something to eat. Or drink ?" she said. She looked at the clock. He'd been a sleep for a while already. It was passed lunch time. Almost dinner.

Torh shook his head.

No little one. I will not burden you with my problems.

He looked at the clock.

Food would be good.

Turning he looked into her eyes. Time seemed to stand still. Those eyes, the tears he had seen.

Iris smiled staring into his dimond blue eyes. They were beautiful. Time seemed to stop for her when she looked at him. Shaking her head slightly she smiled up at him. "Surely now they will not be a burden. It is just a dream. And i have told youmine. and i am already a burden on you. My friends always say a problem shared is a problem halved." she smiled turing to look in the fridge for something to eat.

Watching her closely, he felt his desire for her grow.

You are no burden little one, not at all. Your friends are wise true? But sometimes it is best not to share. Especially if it would hurt or scare the other person.

Yeah food was suddenly the last thing on his mind. He did want to tell her though.

iris bent down to get some Vegatbles from the bottom shelf and stood and grabbed other things to make a stir fry before turning and closing the door she headed back over to the counter standing net to him she began to chop the vegtables. While she chopped she looked up at him smiling. "Torhment i do not care if you think it would scareor hurt me. I don't want your dreams to worry you. My friends are very wise. And annoyingly always right." she laughed.

He sighed and grabbed a piece of carrot and munched.

Well Liam had you. I was chained and unable to stop him. He forced me to watch him violate you. Then with my own dagger his killed you before my eyes.

Tohr waited for her reaction. Even talking about it made him edgey.

Iris had slapped his hand gently when he grabbed a piece of carrot but turned and wentto get another carrot just incase. She continued cutting when she listened to him biting herl ip. She was afraid that might happen. But he'd promised her that she wouldn't get harmed. and it was just a dream. Taking a minute which felt like eterinity she lookedup at him smiling. "Its just a dream Torh. I'm here and I'm Fine." she said.

He had upped an eyebrow when she had smacked his hand.

Yeah well for now. So I take it tomorrow you wish to go to work? I can go with you. NOthing better to do.

Thunder boomed and lightning crashed. The lights flickered and he looked up scowling.

Iris Jumped slightly when the lights flickered then turned back to Torh nodding. "If you want to follow me around all day then yes please. I have to get this money." she said pausing while she cut up some chicke she'd found in the fridge. She lookedup at him. "I'm Sorry.. About earlier." she said quietly.

Tohr knew she was afraid.

Yeah I'll follow you. And don't worry is all good little one. I can be just as stubborn if I choose. I am not trying to dominate you. Just..protect you.

He went and got out some plates and began to set the table. This was..nice..almost normal.

Iris smiled at the thought of him being stubborn haing a temper tantrum like a little kid. The thought made her smile. "I know. I just don't like being told what to do." she said sticking everythign in a pan and cooking it up while she started on the noodles. "But then after liing on my own. I Don't really hae anyone to protect me or tell me what to do ." she smiled.

Until we figure this out you are stuck with me little one.

Tohr smiled. He understood.

If there is a way I will find it, I promise you.

Iris looked up at him smiling. "Thank you." she said turning back to her noodles then pausing and turning back to him. "Stuck makes it seem... like a horrible experience. I wouldn't say stuck. I'd say.. living with." she smiled.

Optimistic aren't we?

He chuckled.

Yeah well being stuck with a fallen isn't all that bad. You could be stuck with vampires. Fallen have certain..well there are certain things my kind are real good at.

Oh he was so not telling her what at this point.

Iris Grinned. "Ok So vampires are really as well huh ? What next ? Werewolves ? Unicorns ? Narnia ?" she said laughing. Then upped an eyebrow at him. "What kinda things ?" she asked turning to her noodles and giving them a stir before adding the sauce to the vegtables. Cooking was another of her favourate things to do.

He gave her a droll look and rolled his eyes.

Vampires, witches, warlocks, were wolves, demons, angels obviously, let me think.

Tohr racked his brain.

Gargoyles, ghosts, imps, fairies, elves, dwarves..umm probably forgetting some along the line.

He grinned when she asked. Hell the female wanted to know he would tell her.

Well, we have good stamina and are know to be accomplished in the art of making love. Once you go fallen you never go back.

Tohr grinned at her wickedly.

Irises Jaw dropped slightly. Making love Eh ? She thought she looked him up and down then grinned slightly laughing. "Ok Your Really having me on." she said laughing. The Vampires nad stuff i only just believed but the rest. Cmon do you think i'm gullable ?" she asked especially the art of making love she added on in her head.

Tohr winced.

It is well known through out the immortals that to have a fallen for a lover is a true accomplishment. I mean I am big in other areas and I have lived long enough to know that women prefer and all manners of pleasure.

Hell he wanted to teacher her one right now. He glanced up and down, eyes resting on her backside.

"Mhm Course you are honey." she said in that voice you have when you don't believe someone. Serving up the stir fry she kept her back to him smiling know he was staring at her backside. Picking up the stirfry she mixed it in with the noodles walking over to the table her back still to him she shook her butt laughing before sitting down.

Tohr growled low. SHe was playing with him and he was in the mood to prove a point to her. Deciding against it he sat down at the table with her and once she put the stir fry on the plates, began to eat.

So how long you need to be at work tomorrow little one?

Damn she was a hell of a cook. He was use to microwave meals and eating out more than cooking like this

Iris served up some stirfry onto her plate before eating. She paused for a second thinking. "Tomorrow its 10 till 6. With a lunch break. Are you sure you want to come and sit around all day ? You'll be awfully bored. Even if you do have a laptop. We have Wifi and stuff but still" she said looking at him.
