Fallen Angel

Briony Frowned. "Why ? You heard me right Jaden. I do. I don't know how but i know i really do." she said.

Jaden shook his head. "If you say so little one." He was still a little tired but hoped she did like him. It wasn't love but he would take what he could get.

Briony sort of smiled. "You know. This isn't me learning a lesson by the way." she said handing him a drink of water before standingu p and heading into the kitchen with the plate swinging her hips.

Jaden watched and scowled. He so wanted that badly right now.

Briony washed the plate up then popped her head through the door "i'll be up stairs dancing if you need me." she said before heading up to the dance room.

Jaden watched her go. He would rest for a while before going up to watch her dance.

Briony started playing music and pulled her shoes off before she started dancing infront of the mirror.

Jaden lay there on the couch. He sat up slowly and headed to see her.

Briony had her eyes closed so she didn't see him walking in as she did a couple more steps she did a back flip into his arms opening her eyes she looked up at him blushing. "Urm.. Hi." she said.

Jaden looked at her. "HI." If he wasn't still so weak, he would do something about her being in his arms.

Briony took a stepp back. "sorry , I .. Didn't see you there." she blushed.

Jaden merely stared. "It's ok. I umm going to take a shower. If you need anything holler." He turned and headed to his room. RIght now being away from her might be a good thing considering how he was feeling.

Briony nodded watching him leave before tunring back to the music to continue dancing.

After his shower, Jaden had felt better and put on some sweats without a t shirt and headed to his gym. Maybe a run on the treadmill would help.

Briony had finished doing a routine and took a shower before heading down to the kitchen. Maybe shwe could cook dinner for them both.

Running seemed to help, but all he could think of was her. Only her. Never had one woman captured his attention. Briony was not a bitch....just lonely and misunderstood.

Briony finished making a chilli and sat down at the table staring out the window as she sighed. Maybe she had learnt some sort of lesson. But then .. what was there to learn. She was always blamed for bad things so she just got into the habbit of actually doing thenm instead of getting in trouble for nothing. Sighing she leant back and sighed.

Jaden came into the kitchen after his workout, covered in sweat. He stopped and saw her and smelled her cooking. Blinking, it caught him off guard. "You ok?"

Briony looked up and stood up to get him a glass of water she nodded handing it to him. "I'm Fine.. I'm not the one sweating.. Are YOU ok ?" she asked.

He took the glass, his hands touching hers briefly. "Yeah, just went for a run in the gym." His body was well sculpted, muscular. Compared to the fallen he was a god. Jaden drank the water down.

Brionys heart skipped a beat as she looked him over. He was gorgeous. Any female would be awed by his presance. "Oh. Well Dinners in the slow cooker just stewing." she said sitting back down. Other wise her legs would of collapsed.

Jaden nodded and put the empty cup in teh sink. Outside the snow began to fall and he knew damn well it would be a big one. Which meant him and her...alone for a longer time and he wasn't sure he could keep his hands off of her.

Briony glanced outside and sighed. Snow. Figures. Why didn't shwe watch the weather forcast anymore. But it didn't bother as much as she thought it would of.

Jaden sighed. "It will get bad. We may even loose power. I should go make sure the generators have enough gas Briony."

Briony nodded. "Would you like some help ?" she asked. "I also hae some powers to Generate electricity , if you hae a storage systm for it." she said.
