Joseph smiled. "That was awfully kind of you." He said as he continued to fuss the horses.

"Yeah I guess." She looked back outside. Yeah stupid, she thought. I wouldn't be hurting right now, she thought.

Jospeh noticed her different change in tone and looked over at her. "Whats the matter ?" He asekd.

She walked back over to him and gently touched one of the horses. "He has a mate now."

Joseph heard the pain in her voice. "I'm Sorry. I take it you like him." she said.

Snow shrugged her shoulders. "It doesn't matter."

"You don't deserved to be hurt though snow." He said watching her.

"Yeah well, it is what it is Joseph."

joseph sighed fussing the horses. "HOw about i make you smile." he said.

Snow looked over at him. "I doubt you can." There was such sadness in her voice.

joseph sighed theres no harm in trying. may i take you out to dinner istead of you cooking it ?" he ased

Snow looked at him. "If you want to."

Joseph Nodded. "I do. I Want to show you ,that you don't always have to be left ot." he sai.

He seemed nice and Snow figured what did she have to lose.

Joseph smiled. "would you likie help cooking up the lunch . There isn't much i can really do here at the moment." He said.

"If you would like to."

Joseph Nodded smiling. "I would. Come on lets get back into the warm." He smiled.

She started back for the house.

He followed her smiling as they got into the kitchen he washed his hands and grinned. "Ok what do you want me to do ?" He asked.

She thought about it. "Can you make the salad?"

Joseph nodded smiling. "I'd love to" he said as he got to work

She watched him and began to make some soup.

Joseph started humming to him self while he finished the salad.

Snow watched him. He was interesting, she thought.
