The Dragon's Keep

Kyera smiled putting her hand over his looking down at her belly. She would have to be at least two months gone because she was pregnant when he'd left.

"You know..we will be more..cautious about you now, more protective."

Kyera looked up at him smiling she kissed his lips gently. "I know you will baby i trust you with my life " she smiled.

"It will be difficult for you kitten. Dragons tend to get...territorial with their females when they carry. That means if anyone gets too close I will attack."

Kyera looked up at him. "you Touch hawke and i will never speak to you again." she said determindly.

He laughed. "Not Hawke but older males kitten."

Kyera smiled and kissed him. "good thats fine baby. I don't care about any male other than you and hawke. .. and bynx of course." she grinned.

Hakan smiled. "What if the child is a boy?"

Kyera chuckled smiling. "And then off course i shall love him too." she smiled and slipped of his lap stretching. "Do yu have to go back to the villagers " She asked .

Hakan shook his head. "I refuse too."

Kyera smiled. "Would you like to take a walk with me into town to pick up some more herbs and ingrediants ?" she asked.

Hakan nodded. "That wold be good."

Kyera smiled and dressed quickly pulling her cloak on she smiled. "I'm Ready when youare."

Hakan stood and took her hand.

Kyera followed him out walking with him towards the town her hand stayed constnatly on her belly like she was scared it would just disapear. She'd always dreamed of a family and now she had one.

Hakan held her close as they walked.

Kyeralooked up at him smiling as all the villagers stared in wonder as they passed. "They seem a bit shocked your outside unrequested." she chuckled.

Hakan snorted. "Well they better get use to it."

Kyera smiled and tiptoed up to kiss him. As they approached the shop where herbs are sold the male turned to Hakan and bowed low. "My lord is there anything i can help you with ?" He asked..

Hakan smiled. "Whatever my wife needs please get for her."

The male looked her up and down. Wife ? Shes a witch He thought but bowed. "As you wish my lord. What would you like mam." He said. Kyera smiled handing him the list watching him get all the bits.

Hakan stood there watching her closely. When a man came in and got too close, he growled low.

KYera glanced at the man then up at hakan and smiled kissing him. "calm down baby. "

Hakan glared as the man headed away. "No one touches you but us kitten."

Kyera smiled taking the bag from the shopkeeper as she took his hand and walked otu with him. "I know and he didn't touch me so you dn't need to bite his head off." she smiled.
