The Dragon's Keep

Hakan growled. Dressed quickly and threw the door open. Hawke stood there glaring at him.

Kyera stood and stretched wrapping a robe around her she walked over to hakan to see hawke standing there with a little glare on his face that made him look cute. She smiled. "Hey Sweetie whats the matter ?" she asked.

Pushing past Hakan, he went and wrapped his arms around her smiling.

Hakan sighed.

Kyera chuckled and lifted him up into her arms rufling his hair slightly. She smiled at hakan. "Baby smile." She said.

Not in the mood to smile, he closed the door and watched the boy with his mate.

Kyera frowned putting Hawke do for him to run off and play with Bynx she walked over to hakan wrapping her amrs around him. "Baby whas the maater " she asked.

"It's nothing kitten, We are just tired." Tired and overly possessive of his mate at the moment.

Kyera smiled and took his hand leading him to the bed. "Then Rest My lord. And i shall settle hawke down with a book or something then i am yours for the day." she smiled.

Hakan sat on the bed and watched her, glaring. The dragon wanted his mate all to himself.

Kyera sat hawke down out on the balcony with Bynx and a book she had borrowed from the libreary. Walking back into bed with Hakan she climbed in next to him cuddlng up to him. "Hey baby." she smiled.

Hakan pulled her close, the dragon growling low at the small boy on the balcony.

Kyera glared up at him smacking his nose lightly. "Stop it!" She said seriously. "Your going to have to learn t share. hawke is our's and our responsibilty and bsides we have another one coming on the way and you need to stop being selfish.2 she said smiling slightly. she'd found out she was pregnant again a couple of days ago when one of the doctors were checking up on her.

Looking shocked that she had hit him, even lightly, it took a few minutes for what she said to sink in. "What did you say kitten?"

Kyera smiled kissing him gently. "You Heard me hakan. I'm Pregnant" she smiled.

Hakan simply stared at her. He was to be a father? The thought made him happy yet terrified him at the same time. He worried he would be like his own father. Taking her face in his hands, he kissed her gently.

Kyera chuckled smiling she kissed him gently back. "Now rest while i go tell Hawke." she smiled.

Hakan lay back on the bed and watched as she went to tell the child.

Kyera smiled as hawke smiled happily she ruffled his hair and went back inside stretching slightly. "Is my dragon jelous then ?" shevasked.

Hakan gave her a droll look. "It can not be helped kitten. THe boy will not let us be alone."

Kyera scowled. "That is so selfish of you hakan. The boy has had no proper family. And we have taken him in. We should treat him like he is part of our family." She said.

He glared at her. "It is not selfish." Standing, he headed out of their room to go for a walk.

Kyera glared back. "Oh Yes it is. He is family now. your cant have me to your self."

OUtside Hakan breathed the air deeply. What the hell is wrong with me, he wondered. Why was the dragon being like he was.

Kyera went and sat with hawke reading to him while she laid a hand on her belly smiling.

Hawke smiled up at her. "Hakan is not nice. It should be just you and me. I can protect you."

Hakan headed back in for his solar to do some work, needing time alone.
