The Dragon's Keep

"Hakan is just a man. remember that." He watched her leave, smiling. She was beginning to doubt Hakan and that was good. He headed to find some paper and ink. Eric had a plan.

Walking up to the libreary she sat down in one of the chairs and curled up crying silently. He would be back soon. Hakan would be back soon. Then she would prove eric wrong.

Once in his room, Eric had one of the women write the note. He headed to find her, smiling.

Kyera closed her eyes and slowly fell asleep tears still moist on her cheeks.

Jared walked into the library and saw her. Sighing he headed over to wake her up.

Kyera woke up to someone Shaking her slightly she looked up and saw jared sighing she sat up. "Hey." she said.

"You ok."

Just then Eric came in. "GOt something for ya." He gave her the note.

Kyera Nodded slightly at jared as her eyes skimmed through the note . she read it then re read it twice before it all sunk in. she dropped the note letting it sink to the floor she stood up her hands shaking. He'd agreed to it. He'd gone to see this female. Kyera started sobbing before turning to walk out.

Jared looked at ERic, grabbed the letter and then Kyera. Holding her, he read it and looked at the other male. "Kyera..we need to talk." He lead her out of the library and to the room she shared with Hakan.

Kyera Shook as she cried sitting down on the bed she looked down. "H-H-He left me for someone else.. and lied .. t-to me." she said as she cried.

Jared shook his head. "No, he didn't. Lsiten...I wanted you from day one. I lied about things. Hakan has had no interest in women until you. Hell if he knew I was alone with you right now, he'd go all dragon and rip my limbs apart. I think Eric is lying. Hakan never spoke of him."

Kyera looked at him shocked then she shook her head. "Then how come he's here ? How does he know things ?" she said biting her lip.

Jared sighed. "I don't know. Just dont give up on him. He will return I know it."

Kyera Nodded and hugged Jared. "Thank you." she said as she wiped her eyes. then stood up walking out onto the balcony. Jared was right. She wasn't going to give up on him.

Jared sighed. "Umm I'm going to get you something to eat. Hakan's going to get all growly and roast me alive he comes back and sees you like this."

Kyera smiled over her shoulder at Jard. "Thank you again jared." she said before turning back to the forest then up at the sky. Sitting down she leaned against the wall and mummered something quietly to make it rain lightly. The Soothing sound of the rain slowly sent her to sleep.

He headed down to the kitchen to et her something it eat.

ERic had watched him leave. Heading into Hakan's room. He came upon her sleeping, knocking her unconscious.

Kyera fell to the floor unconcious Banging her head as it all went black.

ERic grinned grabbed her cahnged to his form anf flew off with her.

Jared came back and found the room empty. Maybe she went for a walk he thought. He put the tray down and went to his room.

Kyera came too a little while later. she felt like she was floating. God she hoped she wasn't dead. Opening her eyes she Screamed. She was mid air. Flying. With A Dragon that certainly wasn't Hakan.

ERic landed some many miles away at a run down keep. He placed her down and changed to his human form.

Kyera stood up backing away from him. "Take me back. Take me back right now." she shouted.

ERic shook his head. "No. He took from me now I take from him."

"I don't believe you." she said turning she started to run.

ERic watched her. There was no where she could go.
