Victoria looked around and let out a sigh of relief. The chains rattled slightly as she moved. She really was with aiden and this wasn't some messed up hallucination. "Hi." she smiled slightly. her stomach Grumbled in Protest.

Coming back with the bag, Aidan sat down and opened it. Pulling out some bread and a bladder of water. "Here,"he said, giving a piece of bread to her. "It's not much but it's something."

Victoria smiled and took a bit of bread. "Thank you. 2 she smiled ripping a bit of she ate it. "Do you want some ?" She asked holding out a bit of bread to him. she maybe hungry , but she wasn't rude.

Aidan shook his head. "NO, it's ok." He had brought just enough for her, not thinking he would live past getting her away. In the pack was a map to his new home.

Victoria frowned and continued eating. "Are you sure your ok Aiden ?" she asked asshe took a drink of water.

Aidan nodded and watched her. "Yeah, I more than fine Victoria. Just eat ok?" CLosing his eyes, he leaned his head back against the cave wall. She was ok and that mattered.

Victoria watched him for a moment then nodded she finished eating then curled up next to him falling asleep quickly.

He watched her sleep that night, the next day and when the sun set, he reached to wake her. "Victoria...you must wake. We have to get going while we can."

Victoria woke up slowly hearing him she nodded and stood up as the chains still loosly jangaled. "is there any way to get rid of these ?" she asked biting her lip.

Aidan merely upped and eyebrow and the chains fell off her body. "Better? We need to hurry if we are to reach my people by morning Victoria. Dante's men are usually too drunk to do much at night."

Victoria nodded rubbing her neck and wrist where they had bene. they had been so heavy. "Lead the way and lets get out of here." she said following him towards his horse.

Aidan gently put her on his horse and climbed up behind her after securing the pack. Kicking the horse, they took off through the forest. Trees becoming a blur of browns and greens.

Victoria held on tight. Glancning back every now and then fearing dante could be so close behind them. It scared here. She looked foreward again thinking. Her father was dead. Goood. Was it ? He was still her father.

They rode like that through the night. Aidan held her close. He could tell Dante was no where near them and soon they would reach his people.

Victoria did her best to stay away , But she ended up slumping back into him falling asleep. She didn't understand why she was so tired when she'd sleep so much

They had reached his new home and he passed her to one of his men as he got down. Taking her sleeping body back into his arms, he brought her up to a room and laid her down before heading to his own to get some sleep.

Victoria woke up the next day the sun shining in brightly. Looking around she slipped off the warm bed and started looking around she found some clean clothes and a wash basin. Cleaning her self up she dressed before slipping out of the room to look around.

Aidan was sleeping on his bed, too tired and sick from not eating for two days. Serina was in his room, trying to get him to eat.

Victoria saw a door slightly open and peered in seeing serina and aiden. She knocked quietly before walking in. "Is he ok ?" she asked worriedly biting her lip.

Serina sighed. "He is..ill Victoria and won't eat. " Aidan opened his eyes a bit, looked at Victoria and fell back asleep.

Victoria went and stood next to serina facing aiden. "Aiden ? Please eat. I know your tired and you've been ever so brave. You don't know how greatfull i am of you coming to find me , but it will all be for nothing if you don't eat and get ill." she said worriedly.

He could hear her but was too tired to move, to answer. Sleep, he needed sleep. Serina looked at Victoria and shook her head. "I don't know what to do."

VIctoria stepped foreward feeling his tempreture. She looked back up at serina. "Lets leave him to sleep for a bit , in a couple of hours or so have someone bring up a bath tub or small wash basin with cold water and a flannel and some food and plenty of water. Maybe all he needs is rest." she suggeested biting her lip.

Serina looked to Victoria. "Can you stay with him. I need to keep and eye on Keress. He was worried about you both."

Victoria nodded. "You go to Keress. Tell him i'll come find him later." she smiled. she loved that little kid. She pulled up a seat near aiden watchimg him sleep.
